Copyright Infringement Notice (DMCA Notice)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the DMCA, we will respond expeditiously to valid copyright infringement complaints received at the address of our designated agent.
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative of an owner, and you believe that your work has been copied and used on the Platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice by sending it to our agent.
1. Requirements for the Infringement Notice
For your notice to be considered, it must include the following information in writing (in English or Ukrainian):
Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, provide a representative list.
Identification of the Infringing Material: A clear description of the material you claim is infringing and that you request to be removed, along with the URL (direct link) to that material on the onefans.uno website. Without specific URLs, we will be unable to identify the material.
Contact Information: Your contact information sufficient to contact you: full company name (if applicable), email address, physical address, and telephone number.
Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy of Information: A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
2. Where to Send the Notice
The designated agent for receiving copyright infringement notices (DMCA Agent):
Attention: Please send infringement notices exclusively to the specified email address. Notices sent to general support (support@) may take longer to process.
3. Counter-Notice
If your material was removed or access was restricted in response to a copyright infringement notice, and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice.
A counter-notice must include:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was restricted, and the URL where the material was located.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or restricted as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court (or the appropriate court in your location) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original infringement notice.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of third parties.
5. Liability for False Notices
Please note: Under the law, any person who knowingly submits a false copyright infringement notice may be liable for any resulting damages (including court costs and attorneys' fees).
