By registering for or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to comply with them.

1. Definitions

  • Platform: The onefans.uno website and its functionality.

  • User: Any natural person who visits the Platform.

  • Creator: A User who creates an account for the purpose of publishing content and receiving income from subscribers.

  • Fan/Subscriber: A User who subscribes to a Creator to gain access to exclusive content.

  • Content: Photos, videos, text messages, live streams, and other materials posted on the Platform.

2. Age Requirements and Account

  • Age: Use of the Platform is permitted only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority established by the laws of your country, if it exceeds 18 years).

  • Registration: You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your login and password. You are prohibited from transferring access to your account to third parties.

  • Verification: To register as a Creator, you are required to undergo an identity verification procedure (providing passport details or another document confirming identity and age).

3. Content Rules

3.1. Prohibited Content (for all users):
It is strictly prohibited to publish content that contains:

  • Images of minors (of any nature);

  • Scenes of violence, cruelty, torture;

  • Content without the consent of the depicted persons (revenge porn, hidden recording);

  • Materials related to narcotic drugs or weapons (unless it is a fictional depiction without calls to action);

  • Discrimination based on race, religion, or nationality;

  • Spam, phishing links, malicious software.

3.2. Responsibility for Content:
The Creator bears sole responsibility for all content they upload. By posting content, the Creator guarantees that:

  • They are the author of the content or have all necessary licenses and permissions for its distribution;

  • All persons depicted in the content are over 18 years of age and have given their consent to the filming and publication.

4. Payment Terms and Commission

  • For Subscribers: Subscription to a Creator is paid. Prices are indicated on the Creator's page. Payment is automatically charged monthly (or according to the selected tariff) until you cancel the subscription. Refunds are not provided, except in cases of technical errors by the Platform.

  • For Creators: The Platform charges a commission for using the service. The commission amount is 15% of the payment amount. The remainder (85%) is paid out to the Creator.

  • Payouts: The minimum amount for withdrawing funds is 100 USD. We process payouts according to a schedule (25th of every month). The Creator is responsible for paying taxes on the income received according to the laws of their country.

5. Intellectual Property

  • User Content: Copyright to the content created by the Creator remains with the Creator. By posting content on the Platform, the Creator grants the Platform a non-exclusive license to host, display, and technically store this content for the operation of the service.

  • Prohibition of Copying: Subscribers are strictly prohibited from downloading, recording, copying, distributing, or transferring content obtained through a subscription to third parties without the Creator's written permission. Violation will result in immediate account blocking without a refund.

6. Moderation and Account Blocking

We reserve the right, without prior notice:

  • To remove any content that violates these Terms.

  • To temporarily or permanently block a User's account (both Creator and Subscriber) in case of violation of the rules.

  • To freeze payouts to a Creator pending investigation in the event of complaints regarding copyright infringement or violation of platform rules.

7. Disclaimer

The onefans.uno Platform is merely a technical venue for interaction between Creators and Subscribers. We are not responsible for the content published by Creators, for their behavior in private messages, or for damages caused by one party's failure to fulfill obligations to another.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Platform but commit to making maximum efforts for its maintenance.

8. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
